Post-Reactor Technology

Please open the below document where you can read about our Post-Reactor technology suitable for the Metaloxide Formaldehyde process, that will improve Your overall Formaldehyde plant performance and a more safe operation. No need then to operate with multi catalyst layers as for 4 layers or more in the main reactor, etc.
There many Formaldehyde plant operators that has an extra bed of catalyst in the bottom of the main reactor, better to have this Adiabatic catalyst bed, with a special post-reactor catalyst, as we have FM20, outside the mainreactor and control the reaction/Delta T in the Post-Reactor with the Inter-Cooler and obtain all advantages using this technology. If You have a short tube reactor today and want to increase capacity, so will it be cheaper/faster and better to install a Post-Reactor, instead of buying a new Mainreactor. All equipment/vessels can be made locally in Your country, if You want to use this technology, to save costs and time.
